Planning work
A facilitated day that puts a base year, a tighter year, and a delayed-investment year on the same table so the room can choose in daylight.
A scenario sitting is for rooms that already argue in adjectives — “if the harvest is late”, “if the buyer stretches terms” — and need those sentences drawn as cash through the same months.
We take your current forecast and build two further years from assumptions the room names in advance: a tighter collection cycle, a delayed capex, a weaker export price. The sitting itself is a conversation with the three drawings on the wall. We keep a running list of assumptions the room changes as it talks.
The person who owns cash, the person who owns sales promises, and whoever can stop a purchase. A sitting without those three tends to produce a polite drawing that nobody will defend later.
You keep the three pictures, the assumption list as it stood at the close of the sitting, and a one-page note of the choice the room actually made — or the choice it postponed, which is also a result.
