Once a cash-flow map or a board pack exists, many finance leads want the same pictures redrawn after each close. The quarterly budget-to-actual sitting is that repeating work.
Only the months that have closed, and any commitment that was signed since the last sitting. We do not rebuild the whole year unless you have changed the plan the board approved. If you have, say so — that is a different drawing.
You send the close within an agreed number of working days. We return marked pictures. We sit for ninety minutes to two hours. The fee assumes one revision if a posting was missing, not a late reconstruction of the ledger.
If the close is consistently later than the sitting, the pictures become theatre. We will say so and pause the rhythm until the books can keep the appointment.
