We process personal data under Georgia’s Law on Personal Data Protection and other applicable rules. If you write from the European Economic Area, we treat the correspondence with equivalent care and will state a transfer basis if files must leave Georgia.

What we collect

From a briefing form: name, email, optional description of work, preferred sitting window, and the message you write. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to send, which may include job titles, entity names, and family relationships relevant to a year-ahead review. From a visit: names of people in the room, as needed for the engagement letter.

We do not ask for identity-card numbers, health records, or payment-card data through this site. Fees are arranged by invoice, not by a checkout on these pages.

Server logs on the host may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept only as long as the host needs for security and operation.

Why we use it

To answer a briefing, prepare an engagement letter, run sittings, deliver maps, invoice, and meet bookkeeping and legal duties in Georgia. Correspondence about a live engagement is processed as a contract step or pre-contract request. A simple enquiry without a letter is processed as a legitimate interest in answering professional mail, which you may object to by asking us to close the thread.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to eighteen months in case you write again about the same year. Engagement files, including source extracts, are kept for the span required by Georgian accounting and limitation rules, typically at least six years after the final invoice, unless a letter agrees a shorter return of originals. You may ask for extracts to be returned at the close of work; we then keep only what the law still requires.

Consent stored for the cookie banner is held in your browser under a Stream Layerbase key until you clear storage or choose again.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where the law allows, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with Georgia’s personal data protection authority. To exercise rights, write to hello@stream-layerbase.digital from the address we hold, or visit the studio by appointment with proof of identity sufficient to avoid disclosing a family file to the wrong person.

International transfers

Our studio and primary files sit in Georgia. Email and hosting providers may process limited technical data on servers outside Georgia. Where that happens, we use providers that offer contractual safeguards. We do not sell lists of enquirers.

Children

Planning work is for adult finance leads, owners, and family representatives. We do not seek data from children through this site.
