How we quote planning work
Fees follow the number of entities, the state of the close, and whether the sitting must happen on your floor. The figures below are starting points, not a menu you can tick without a briefing.
Cash-flow mapping
Single operating company with a monthly close the finance lead already trusts. Groups, mixed currencies, or a late ledger are quoted higher.

Composition from numbers you already hold, plus one rehearsal sitting. Extra committee rounds are billed by the sitting.

Scenario sitting day
One facilitated day after we have drawn a base year and two named alternatives. Travel outside Tbilisi is added at cost.

Household, operating, and property streams kept as separate maps. Additional branches of the family add time.

After a map set exists. Pauses if the close cannot keep the appointment.

What moves a quote
The briefing asks how many legal entities sit in the year, whether the last closed month is one you would defend to a bank, and whether we must work in two languages on the page. A clean GEL ledger in one company is the floor. A group with USD invoices, a harvest calendar, and two shareholders who will not share a file is not.
Deposits are due when we reserve the first source week. The balance is due on delivery of the agreed map set or on the sitting day, as the engagement letter states.
We do not run monthly subscriptions for access to a product. If you want pictures every quarter, that is a sequence of sittings, each billed as above.
Travel inside Tbilisi is included. A day at a site outside the city is quoted with travel time. Printing of large maps for a board wall is billed at cost.
If the work stops because sources never arrive, time already spent on reconciliation is invoiced. See the refund note for deposits and sittings cancelled at short notice.
